Jonathan Daniel/Getty Images/AFPNEW YORK — Dallas Mavericks center Nerlens Noel and Utah Jazz forward Thabo Sefolosha have been suspended five games for violating the NBA’s anti-drug program.The league announced the suspensions Tuesday.
