With over 20 years’ experience in which she has managed hazard claims, client operations, vendors, critical client accounts, high-risk assets, and property preservation accounts—she is a proven industry veteran and a welcomed addition to the ZVN team.Vannatter has spent the last 14 years in the real estate industry including managing multi-state residential sites with the last six years focusing on property preservation, new construction, renovations, and maintenance on residential, multifamily, and commercial assets throughout the country to enhance the value of investor’s portfolios. He began his career shortly after earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA, both from Ball State University. Having worked in the industry as a Chief Business Development Officer and CEO, Vannatter brings a wealth of knowledge and ideas to ZVN.
